Fried sage leaves with yoghurt and zucchini cream.

FIRST COURSE

Potato ravioli with tomato, sausage and artichoke heart sauce.

SECOND COURSE

Salted Sicilian cannolo with ricotta cheese and mushroom fill.

DESSERT

Caramelized pears in shortbread nests covered in dark chocolate.


THE WINE


The proposed wine list for the dinners comes directly from the cellar of Caminata. Beside the classical Gutturnio and Ortrugo we propose Soffio Rosso and Sole Nero, wines in which creativity and millennial tradition are mixed together.
