Potato and leek cream, with shrimps and smoked bacon accompanied with parsley scented oil on crunchy crusty bread.

Paccheri with fish sauce on a bed of haricot bean mousse.

SECOND COURSE

Baccalà meatballs, accompanied with with zucchini cream, beetroot and eggplant pesto.


DESSERT

Disc of pistachio frolla montata with Greek yoghurt and berry foam.


THE WINE


The proposed wine list for the dinners comes directly from the cellar of Caminata. Beside the classical Gutturnio and Ortrugo we propose Soffio Rosso and Sole Nero, wines in which creativity and millennial tradition are mixed together.
